TCM Ltd enters into Tri-Partite Technology License Agreement for GPS enabled Automatic Head Light Beam Assist System for Vehicles

TCM Limited has entered into an exclusive Technology License Agreement with M/s Kakatiya Energy System Pvt Ltd (GIN:U52334TG1999PTC031844), a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and Mr.P R Lakshmana Rao, S/o Late Sri P Rama Mohan Rao, residing at 302, Gem Garden, DD Colony, Jamai Osmania, Hyderabad - 500 007, who is the owner of the patent for "A Device for Automatic Control of Automobile Head Lamps" with respect to manufacturing of their proprietary product of Universal Type GPS enabled Automatic Head LightBeam Assist System for Vehicles in different models under the brand name of Raksha Beam Assist (RBA)on all India basis for a period of 20 years effective from 20th August 2020.

M/s Kakatiya Energy System Pvt Ltd and Mr. P R Lakshmana Rao will provide the technical support for implementation of the License for the manufacture of the product by TCM Limited. The Technology is developed by Kakatiya Energy System Pvt Ltd along with Mr. P R Lakshmana Rao and they own the know how in the Technology and the patent.

Shares of TCM LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.40.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 42.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10 in over 1 trades.
