IIFL Wealth Management Limited declares special interim dividend of Rs. 40

The Board of Directors of IIFL Wealth Management Limited at its meeting held today, has declared a one time special interim dividend of Rs. 40/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2/- each. The Record Date for the said purpose is August 27, 2020.

The Dividend shall be paid to the shareholders on or after August 28, 2020.

Shares of IIFL Wealth Management Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1117.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1179.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 697 and the deliverable quantity was 532.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1180.40 and intraday low of Rs. 1112.65.
