PNB Housing Finance Limited to raise Rs. 1800 croreThe Board of Directors of PNB Housing Finance Limited (the "Company") at its meeting held today i.e., August 19, 2020, which commenced at 4:15p.m. and concluded at 5:05 p.m., has approved to raise equity capital aggregating upto INR 1800 Crore through Preferential issue / rights issue, subject to such approvals as may be required including the approval of the shareholders at a general body meeting or through postal ballot and further subject to such other statutory/regulatory approvals, as applicable.
