The Phoenix Mills Ltd opens QIP on Aug 18, 2020

The capital raising committee of the Board (the 'Capital Raising Committee') of The Phoenix Mills Ltd has, at its meeting held today i.e. August 18, 2020, authorized the opening of the Issue today, i.e. August 18, 2020.

The committee approved and adopted the preliminary placement document dated August 18, 2020 together with the application form dated August 18, 2020 in connection with the Issue and approved the floor price for the Issue based on the pricing formula as prescribed under the SEBI ICDR Regulation.

The floor price in respect of the aforesaid Issue, based on the pricing formula as prescribed under Regulation 176(1) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations is ₹ 611.31 per Equity Share.

Shares of The Phoenix Mills Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.646.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 632.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8301 in over 937 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 665 and intraday low of 634.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5388589.
