IIFL Wealth Management Ltd board to consider interim dividend on Aug 19, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of IIFL Wealth Management Ltd is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 to consider the payment of interim dividend, to the equity shareholders of the Company.

The Interim Dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or the Records of the Depositories, on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.
