Aster DM Healthcare Limited updates on accident at RCMHPL

Aster DM Healthcare Limited holds a 51% stake in Dr. Ramesh Cardiac and Multispeciality Hospital Private Limited ("RCMHPL"). The balance 49% in RCMHPL is owned by a few promoter doctors and their associates, who run the day to day operations of RCMHPL. RCMHPL is not a material subsidiary of the Company.

There has been an unfortunate accident on August 9, 2020 in Swarna Palace Hotel situated on Eluru Road, Vijayawada, and that RCMHPL had recently entered into an arrangement with Swarna Palace Hotel in respect of persons who have tested positive for Covid-19. The fire at the Swarna Palace Hotel was brought under control, but sadly resulted in some casualties.

Shares of Aster DM Healthcare Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.128.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 130.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4636 in over 147 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 131.9 and intraday low of 128. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 598285.
