SAIL AGM approves 7.5% dividend

Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) has announced that the members at the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 22, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of final dividend @ 7.5% on the paid up equity share capital of the Company.
