LIC ups stake in YES Bank to 4.989% through market purchase

Life Insurance Coporation of India (LIC) has purchased 1059801269 equity shares (4.230%) of YES Bank Ltd through open market purchases.

With these purchases, LIC's stake in the bank has increased from 190,214,730 (0.759%) equity shares to 1250015999 equity shares (4.989%).

Shares of YES BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.12.22 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 11.98. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26218210 in over 14599 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 12.41 and intraday low of 12.16. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 320629985.
