GAIL India Ltd board to consider Q1FY21 results on Aug 13, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of GAIL (India) Limited is scheduled on 13th August, 2020 (Thursday) to consider the standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020.

The Trading Window which was already closed from 1st July, 2020 (Wednesday) for Designated Persons shall remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company till 15th August, 2020 (Saturday).
