9,02,77,042 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each partly paid-up of Rs. 5/- were issued recently on Rights Basis. The issue price was Rs. 110/- (Rs. 55/- paid on application, Rs. 27.50/- to be payable on first call and Rs. 27.50/- to be payable on final call)
