Bombay Oxygen Investments Ltd Board approves dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of Bombay Oxygen Investments Ltd has recommended for the consideration of the members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 4th September, 2020, the payment of dividend of Rs. 10/- (previous year Rs.10/-) per Equity Share. The dividend, if sanctioned, at the Annual General Meeting will be made payable to those members whose name stand in the register of members of the Company as on 28th August, 2020.
