MRPL board to consider 1st quarter results, fund raising on Aug 4, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) has been scheduled for Monday, 4th August, 2020 to consider Un-Audited Financial Statements for the First Quarter ended 30th June, 2020.

The board will also consider raising of funds of upto Rs. 5,000 Crore (Rupees Five Thousand Crore) through issue of Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) will be placed before the Board Meeting to be held on 4th August, 2020.

Shares of MANGALORE REFINERY & PETROCHEMICALS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.36.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 37.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 61136 in over 362 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 37.5 and intraday low of 36.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2232676.
