Trescon Ltd Board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.05

The Board of Directors of Trescon Ltd at its meeting held on July 31, 2020, has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 0.05/- per Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each (0.5%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
