OnMobile Global Limited board approves resignation of CEO

The Board of Directors of OnMobile Global Limited ('the Company') at the meeting held on July 31, 2020 approved resignation of Mr. François-Charles Sirois from the position of Chief Executive Officer of OnMobile Global Limited ("the Company") with effect from closing of business hours of August 02, 2020 while continuing as Executive Chairman of the Company.

Shares of OnMobile Global Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs.29 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 29.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11466 in over 53 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 29.45 and intraday low of 28.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 330771.
