Solar Industries India Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 6 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Solar Industries India Ltd at its meeting held on July 31, 2020, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 6/- per equity share i.e. 300% on the face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2019-2020 subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of SOLAR INDUSTRIES INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1000.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1006. The total number of shares traded during the day was 388 in over 94 trades.
