Nucleus Software Exports Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Nucleus Software Exports Ltd at its meeting held today has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 3.00 per Equity Share (i.e. 30% of face value of Rs. 10 each) of the Company. The interim dividend shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Monday, August 10, 2020 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

Shares of NUCLEUS SOFTWARE EXPORTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.315.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 317.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23435 in over 1427 trades.
