Asian Star Company Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50 for FY20

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2020, has recommended dividend of 15% (Rs 1.50/- per fully paid up equity share of Rs. 10/- each) for the year ended March 31, 2020 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
