Ram Ratna Wires Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, has considered, approved and recommended dividend of Rs 0.50 per share (i.e. @ 10%) on the equity shares of face value of Rs 5/-, for the year ended 31st March, 2020. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, shall be paid / dispatched on or before 30 days of its declaration.
