Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 0.10

The Board of Directors of Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd at its meeting held on July 29, 2020, has recommended a dividend of Re.0.10 (Ten paisa) per equity share of face value of Re.1/- each (10% of the Face Value) for the financial year ended March 31, 2020 (FY 2019-20). Payment of dividend is subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing 28th Annual General Meeting.
