Sagar Cements Ltd Board approves dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of directors of Sagar Cements Ltd at its meeting held today has recommended a dividend of Rs.2.50 per equity share (25%) on the 2,35,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each of the company for the year 2019-20 for approval of our shareholders.

Shares of SAGAR CEMENTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.464.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 465.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7511 in over 707 trades.
