Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 1.14

The Board of Directors of Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd at its meeting held on July 29, 2020, has recommended Dividend of Rs. 1.14 per share (i.e. 11.4 % on the paid-up equity share capital) for the financial year 2019-20 subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Dividend 2019-20 would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the AGM.
