Centum Electronics Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.5

The Board of Directors of Centum Electronics Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e. 28th July, 2020 has recommended a final Dividend of Rs.2.5/- (i.e. 25%) per equity share of Rs.10/- each on the fully paid up equity share capital of the Company and which is subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of Shareholders approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of CENTUM ELECTRONICS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.330.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 343.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 627 in over 45 trades.
