Hindustan Media Ventures Ltd to invest in www.Hubhopper.com

The Board of Directors of Hindustan Media Ventures Limited at its meeting held on 27th July, 2020, has approved investment upto Rs.4.5 Crore in Parijat Innovations Private Limited, in one or more tranches, by subscribing to its Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS).

Parijat Innovations Private Limited operates www.Hubhopper.com, a content based social platform for podcast content creation, aggregation and distribution.

Shares of HINDUSTAN MEDIA VENTURES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.46.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 48. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7722 in over 189 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 49 and intraday low of 46. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 361729.
