Dhunseri Investments Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Dhunseri Investments Ltd at its meeting held on July 28, 2020, has approved the recommendation of declaration of Dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company @ of 15% i.e. Rs. 1.50 per share for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2020, subject to approval by shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The same, if approved will be paid by October 12, 2020.

Shares of DHUNSERI INVESTMENTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.199.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 207.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 917 in over 105 trades.
