Manappuram Finance Limited board approves private placement of NCDs to raise up to Rs. 500 crore

The Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Limited held on July 28, 2020 approved the issuance of the Private Placement of Rated, Secured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs.10 Lakhs each for the amount of Rs.150 crores with an option to retain over subscription up to Rs.350 crores aggregating to Rs.500 Crores.

Shares of MANAPPURAM FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.182.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 179.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 700944 in over 4265 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 184.65 and intraday low of 175.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 126643750.
