Swan Energy Ltd Board recommends dividend for FY20

The Board of Directors of Swan Energy Ltd at its meeting held on July 27, 2020, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, have recommended payment of Dividend @ 10% on Equity share of Rs. 1/- each, (Rs. 0.10 per share) for F.Y. 2019-20.
