Bharti Infratel Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 2.30 for FY21

The Board of Directors ('Board') of Bharti Infratel Ltd in its meeting held today i.e. July 27, 2020 (commenced at 02:00 p.m. and concluded at 05:45 p.m.) has declared interim dividend of Rs. 2.30/- (Rupees Two and Thirty Paise Only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2020-2021.

The Board has fixed Thursday, August 6, 2020, as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of interim dividend.

The payment of interim dividend will be done on or before August 26, 2020.

Shares of BHARTI INFRATEL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.194.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 195.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 510818 in over 4905 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 197 and intraday low of 191. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 99342289.
