Maharashtra Seamless Ltd board approves final dividend of Rs. 2.50

The board of directors of Maharashtra Seamless Ltd has approved the recommendation of final dividend, subject to approval of members, of INR 2.50 per equity share of INR 5/- each for the financial year 2019-20.
