Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.40 for FY20

The board of directors of Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd was held on Monday 27th July, 2020 which commenced at 2:15 P.M. and concluded at 3:10 P.M. through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio Visual Means(OAVM), has considered, approved and recommended a dividend of 14 % i.e. Rs. 1.40/- per equity share on face value of Re. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, subject to approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (ACM) of the Company.
