ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Ltd to sell Fly-By-Wire International Private Limited for Rs. 27 crores

ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Ltd has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with Mantena Aviation LLP and Fly-By-Wire International Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company ("Subsidiary") for transfer of Equity Shares of the Subsidiary in two Tranches and on the terms and conditions mentioned in the SPA.

The total consideration received from such sale / disposal will be Rs 27 crores.

Shares of ZEE ENTERTAINMENT ENTERPRISES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.151.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 159. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2221911 in over 24521 trades.
