Tips Industries Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Tips Industries Ltd at its meeting held on July 24, 2020, has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10 each (15%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of TIPS INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.148.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 145.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1772 in over 65 trades.
