Punjab Government calls EOI for divestment of Punjab Alkalies & Chemicals Ltd

The Directorate of Public Enterprises & Disinvestment, Government of Punjab has issued a Global invitation for "Expression of Interest" (EOI) on 24.07.2020 in the Newspapers, for the Strategic Disinvestment of Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation Limited's entire Equity Shareholding of 33.49% in Punjab Alkalies & Chemicals Limited.

Shares of PUNJAB ALKALIES & CHEMICALS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.34.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 31.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 177557 in over 576 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 38.3 and intraday low of 32.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6474197.
