MAS Financial Services Ltd allots 1000 NCDs

At the meeting of the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of MAS Financial Services Ltd was held today i.e. Friday, 24th July, 2020 and the Finance Committee has, considered, approved and allotted 1,000 (One Thousand) rated, senior, redeemable, taxable, transferable, listed, non-convertible debentures having a face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs) each aggregating to Rs. 100,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Hundred Crore) on a private placement basis.

Shares of MAS Financial Services Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.675.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 671.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 194 in over 50 trades.
