Capri Global Capital Limited raises Rs. 50 crore through NCDs

Capri Global Capital Limited has raised an amount of Rs.50 Crores (Rupees Fifty Crores only) by an allotment of 500 Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") of the face value of Rs.1,000,000 each on Private Placement basis on July 23, 2020.

The said NCDs will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE Limited.

Shares of Capri Global Capital Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.155.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 165.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 969877 in over 2889 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 168.1 and intraday low of 153.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 149471311.
