ITL Industries Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Director of ITL Industries Limited at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, July 23, 2020 at the Registered Office of the Company, has recommended Dividend of Rs. 0.50 per Equity Shares (5%) for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2020, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
