CRISIL Ltd board declares second interim dividend of Rs. 6 for CY2020

The Board of Directors of CRISIL Ltd at its meeting held on July 21, 2020, has approved the payment of Second Interim dividend of Rs. 6 per equity share of face value of Re 1 each, for the financial year ending December 31, 2020, which will be paid on August 19, 2020.

Shares of CRISIL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1703.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1731.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1338 in over 349 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1771.3 and intraday low of 1698.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2316443.
