Shemaroo Entertainment Ltd board to announce quarterly results on July 29, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Shemaroo Entertainment Limited is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2020, to consider and approve the Audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2020.

The board will also consider and approve the Unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2020.

The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed upto 48 hours of declaration of the results for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the aforesaid code.
