Spencer's Retail Limited board to consider rights issue terms on July 23, 2020

The Board of Directors of Spencer's Retail Limited held on February 11, 2020 approved the offer and issue of equity shares of the Company by way of a rights issue to eligible shareholders of the Company as on the record date for an amount not exceeding Rs. 8000 lakhs (The "Rights Issue").

A meeting of Rights Issue Committee as constituted by the Board of Directors for the aforesaid Rights Issue purposed will be held on 23 July, 2020 to consider, discuss and decide, various matters in connection with the Rights Issue, including the terms and conditions such as the issue price, rights entitlement ratio, record date, timing of the Rights Issue and other related matters.

Shares of Spencers Retail Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.91.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 91.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 70680 in over 1116 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 93.5 and intraday low of 90.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6499171.
