Ishan Dyes & Chemicals Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 1 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Ishan Dyes & Chemicals Ltd at their meeting held on Monday, 20th July, 2020 have considered and recommended payment of Final Dividend @ 10% i.e. Rs. 1.00/- per Equity Share for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2020 on 1,59,68,147 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/-, subject to approval by the Shareholders of the Company in the ensuing 27TH Annual General Meeting.

The Dividend Warrants and the Dividend, if declared shall be dispatched/paid to the entitled Shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration of Dividend i.e. date of ensuing 27th Annual General Meeting as provided in the Companies Act, 2013.
