India Cements Ltd board to announce Q1FY21 results on July 27, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of India Cements Ltd is scheduled on 27/07/2020, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results (subjected to a "limited review" by the statutory auditors of our Company) for the quarter ended 30th June 2020. The Audit Committee of our Board will review the said financial results at its meeting to be held on Saturday, the 25th July 2020.
