UCO Bank board to consider fund raising proposals for FY2020-21

A meeting of the Board of Directors of UCO Bank is scheduled on 23/07/2020, to consider and approve the the proposal of raising of equity capital during the financial year 2020-21 through various modes such as Follow on Public Offer (FPO), Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), Preferential issue, right issue etc. will be placed before the board of directors for its consideration through circular resolution on or after 23rd July, 2020.

Shares of UCO BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.13.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 13.03. The total number of shares traded during the day was 281871 in over 4858 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 13.3 and intraday low of 12.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3682228.
