Granules India Ltd board recommends 1st interim dividend of Rs. 0.25 for FY2020-21

The Board of Directors of Granules India Ltd at their meeting held today has declared first interim dividend of 25 paise per share of face value of Re. 1/- each representing 25% of paid-up capital for the financial year 2020-21.

The board has fixed the record date as 29th July 2020 for the purpose of payment of first interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21.

Shares of GRANULES INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.245.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 241.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 156070 in over 3153 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 247.2 and intraday low of 240.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 38150439.
