Federal Bank Ltd receives RBI nod for reappointment of Mr. Shyam Srinivasan as MD and CEO

Federal Bank Ltd has received approval from Reserve Bank of India on July 16, 2020 for the reappointment of Mr. Shyam Srinivasan as the MD & CEO of the Bank, w.e.f. September 23, 2020 (the completion of the present term of office) till September 22, 2021 alongwith remuneration as proposed by the Bank.

Shares of FEDERAL BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.52.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 49.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4426467 in over 10836 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 53.7 and intraday low of 50.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 231672831.
