RBL Bank Limited board to announce Q1 results on July 28, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of RBL Bank Limited ('the Bank') is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020, subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Bank.

The trading window for dealing in the shares of the Bank shall remain closed till Thursday, July 30, 2020.
