The Board of directors of National Peroxide Ltd has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 12.50/- (125%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, subject to the approval of the Memebers at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
