CreditAccess Grameen Limited board to consider terms of NCD issue on July 17, 2020

The Board of Directors of CreditAccess Grameen Limited had approved issuance and allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures up to the aggregate amount of INR 1,000 Crore and authorised the "Executive, Borrowings and Investment Committee" of the board of directors to consider the particular terms of such Issue. The meeting of the Executive, Borrowings and Investment Committee of the Company will be held on Friday, July 17, 2020, to consider the terms of issue of non-convertible debentures to be issued by the Company to various prospective investors on a private placement basis in one or more tranches/issues within the overall limit approved by the Board of Directors.

Shares of CreditAccess Grameen Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.545.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 568.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6417 in over 827 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 563.55 and intraday low of 541.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3522566.
