AU Small Finance Bank Ltd board to approve 1st quarter results on July 23, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of AU Small Finance Bank Ltd (the 'Bank') will be held on Thursday, 23rd July, 2020 at Jaipur, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2020.

The Trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank shall remain closed for the Directors, Designated Employees and Other Connected Persons from Wednesday, 1st July, 2020 till Saturday, 25th July, 2020 and hence, they are not permitted to trade in the securities of the Bank till 25th July, 2020.

Shares of AU Small Finance Bank Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.625.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 623. The total number of shares traded during the day was 49874 in over 2613 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 648 and intraday low of 610. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 31668661.
