Polychem Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 12.5 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Polychem Ltd at their meeting held today, have approved the payment of dividend of Rs. 12.5/- per share of Rs 10/- each i.e 125% on the Equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing 63rd AGM.
