Vessel Seamec Gallant's contract extended for 1 year

Seamec Ltd's vessel SEAMEC GALLANT Time Charter with Clipper Bulk Shipping Ltd, has been extended for a further period of one year having a window of six to twelve months.

The annualized value of the charter is about USD 2.88 million.

Shares of SEAMEC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.370 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 377.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9630 in over 488 trades.
