The Board of Directors of Swelect Energy Systems Limited have recommended a final Dividend of Rs.0.75 (Rupees Seventy Five Paise only) per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2020. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM, will be paid, within 30 days from the date of AGM.
